I designed and built a unified support workflow platform from the ground up. Centralised ticketing, rule-based automation, agent collision detection, and AI-assisted reply suggestions. It became the primary tool for multi-agent support operations on the platform it served.

I led the full product lifecycle for a deals management CRM: backend API, frontend, Zapier and webhook integrations, developer documentation, and onboarding guides. I owned the data model and the integration boundary so the team could plug in new channels without rewriting the engagement engine each time.

I led engineering on a business process and project management platform from early architecture through launch. I owned the technical roadmap, broke the product into shippable slices, and ran a small engineering team through the build and the first months of production traffic.

I built the automation engine behind an omnichannel outreach platform. I designed the job pipeline, the retry and rate-limit semantics, and the integration layer that hides several third-party channels behind one stable interface.

I am a long-running contributor to a widely deployed self-hosted CRM used by thousands of businesses worldwide. My work focuses on the parts most people avoid: payment edge cases, performance under multi-tenant load, and the subtle integration bugs that only surface in production.
